I have not overcome any of my depression, anxiety or panic attacks, though I have been able to create methods to sort of help me cope. I say sort of, because even in the middle of an attack and I feel like I could possibly be gaining control, I take a rapid dive into a sensation of increased heart rate, numbness, dizziness and anger for my lack of control all at once. The hook of the song represents my state when I feel like I have no control. I self-sabotage and kill my character every time I fall into a panic attack. It feels like I’m about to die. This mental illness has ruined a lot of relationships amongst other things in the last few years, and this track is to explain why...
